Q - I know he/she is a member of the college but I cannot find him/her on the directory. Why?
A - He/she may adjust his/her privacy settings and hide his/her personal details from the directory.
Q - I change my details. I can see edited details on the RCPA website but not on the Forum. Why?
A - The Forum does not have real time communication with our database. The data is updated everynight. You will see the edited details next day.
Q - How I can suggest some improvement?
A - You can post your suggestion to the Forum FAQ/Help discussion group or alternatively you can send an email to

Q - What is the difference between reply to a message and comment on a document?
A - When you reply to a posting it creates a message related to the thread and all members will receive your posting alongside with the other postings. When you comment on a document no email will sent out. Other members will see your comment when the open the document.
